A Victorian style home awaits you at Drexel
Park House. Built in 1897, this elegant
home invites you to enter and enjoy the
quiet beauty to be found inside. Spacious
rooms abound, from family room and bedrooms
to a large library room on the inside, to
porches and deck on the outside.
The fresh country air is abundant here,
where hay fields and cornfields rise up
to the hills, just outside your doors.
The picnic table on the rear deck provides
the
way to end the day with dinner from the
bar-b-que served in the shaded outdoors.
HOUSE POLICIES
Schedule your arrival between 4:00 and
7:00 PM. If arriving earlier or later, please
let us know.
Schedule your departure by 9:00 am.
Cancellations received 45 days prior to
reservation date will receive a full refund,
less a $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations
made less than 45 days to reservation date
will receive no refund unless vacancy is
filled, then refund will be made less a
$100.00 cancellation fee.
DIRECTIONS
6 miles north of Cooperstown on Rt. 28.
Turn left at the Post Office (Rt. 22) in
Schuyler Lake. Drexel Park House is 1/4
mile on the left. Additional directions
will be mailed with reservation confirmation.
Drexel Park House is a large Victorian
style house located on the edge of town.
The yellow and brown trimmed house is easily
seen as you are going out of town.

2008 Guest Rates
Summer season (June
13 to September 12): $1,550
per week plus applicable taxes.
Off season rates--2-day
minimum stay required:
$150 per day plus applicable taxes.
A 200.00 refundable damage fee will be
collected upon arrival.
